Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand plans can change due to academic schedules, visa timing, or personal emergencies. TEN offers flexible adjustments:

30+ Days Before Departure: 100% of program fees can be transferred to future dates (valid up to 2 years) or refunded minus minimal administrative processing costs.

Under 30 Days: Date transfers remain freely available. Partial refunds calculated based on uncommitted host family reservations.
